We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
For exchange requests, the returned item must first be received and inspected.
Once the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped.

The replacement item will not be shipped before receiving and inspecting the original item.
Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All bags, accessories, packaging, tags, and the invoice must be included
- The product must be returned within 5 business days after approval
Refunds will be issued to the same payment card within 3–14 business days, depending on your bank.

Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
For Orders Inside Kuwait
- Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Please ensure items are prepared for pickup
- Our delivery partners will pick up the item within 3–5 business days
For Orders Outside Kuwait
- Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
- After approval, you will receive return instructions
- You may ship the item using any delivery company with tracking
- Return and exchange services are not available in Iraq
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be eligible for a refund, including items that are:
- Damaged
- Stained
- Not returned in original condition
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. masks)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
🚫 Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
